What is microblading/ombre?

Microblading is a semi-permanent tattoo technique that involves using a handheld tool (pen) with tiny, fine-point needles that make up a small, disposable blade. The needles finely scratch the surface of the skin creating featherweight strokes on the epidermis layer of the skin. This technique creates thin, crisp lines giving the illusion of realistic, natural hair-like strokes.

Ombré (also known as powder-fill method) is more similar to a traditional tattoo, and involves the application of thousands of tiny dots of pigment, inserted into the skin, gradually building up a color and defined shape.

What is color correction?

Color correction is for those who have had previous work done and do not need reshaping, only new color installation into remaining shape. Please send a picture of your brows prior to booking to make sure brow goals are achievable.

which service is best for me?

Microblading is best suited for people with a DRY skin type. It typically looks best when you already have a little bit of brow hair but just want a fuller, natural look. Women under the age of 50 also have a better chance of the Microblading lasting longer.

If you are someone with oily or combination skin, or who fills in your brows regularly with pencil or shadow to achieve a more "makeup" look, then Ombrè is the method for you! It mimics the look of filled in brows.

what is brow removal?

This procedure is done using a tool of choice, and deposits a saline based solution into the unwanted tattooed area. This process pulls unwanted pigment to the surface of the skin and lightens the area. The procedure usually takes a minimum of 2 treatments. Depending on density of the pigment, it may take 2 to 4 to 6 sessions.

what is brow correction?

Brow Correction is for those who have had previous work done and would like to get their brows reshaped (if possible) and color corrected. Please send a picture of your brows before booking to make sure we can achieve your desired brow goals.

HOW ABOUT touch UP & cost?

A 4-8 week complimentary touch-up is included in the service price of your brows! Everyone has different skin types, tones, and densities, which is why the touch-up is very important for your artist to examine how your skin holds the pigment. All and any adjustments can and will be made during this touch-up appointment.

Touch-Up Price After 8 Weeks:

  • 2-6 Months $75

  • 6-12 Months $125

  • 12-18 Months $200

  • After 18 months Full procedure price

How long does it last? And will it hurt?

Your brows (after touch-up) can last anywhere from 1-3 years. It all depends on your age, healing process and care, how active your lifestyle is, weather conditions, skin conditions, how often you exfoliate, etc. The process is painless and numbing cream is applied throughout the entire procedure.

any restrictions to get my brows done?

  • Brow work is not suggested for people with diabetes, as it takes longer to heal, giving more opportunity for infection.

  • If you have a pre-existing eyebrow tattoo or permanent makeup, it must be light enough for us to cover with shading. We ask anyone with a previous eyebrow tattoo to email pictures of their eyebrows with NO makeup for evaluation.

  • No allergies to alcohol, nickel or numbing agents. If you think you might have an allergy to ink, numbing cream, or alcohol (from the ink), you may have a reaction to the work.

  • Clients must be 18+ to proceed with an appointment.

  • If you are prone to keloids, brow work is not recommended.

  • No skin conditions on or near your eyebrows. This includes eczema, psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis, shingles, rashes, keloid or other.

  • You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.

  • Those with a blood disease such as HIV or Hepatitis are suggested not to proceed with the procedure, as the body may have difficulty fighting an infection.  Semi-permanent makeup may cause numerous injuries to the skin during ink application, so there may be a higher risk of infection.

  • If you are going through chemotherapy, a clearance letter is required by your doctor.

What is the aftercare and HEALING TIME?

For the first 7 days after you get your brows done:

  • Keep them dry! When you shower or wash your face, wash around them and pat dry with a clean paper towel if they get wet.

  • Do not pick, touch, itch, or scrub area or surrounding area.

  • Do not expose brows to direct sunlight or any sort of tanning beds.

  • No heavy sweating or working out.

  • Avoid exposing your brows to excessive moisture or humidity, such as saunas, facials, swimming, whirlpools (at home baths), steam rooms, or steamy showers.

  • To completely heal, it takes about 14 days for the entire process. You can return to get a touch-up as early as 4 weeks after your first procedure.

    until then…enjoy!

LIP & lash Faq’s

What is a Hyaluron Pen - what can it do?

Also known as hyapens, fog injection devices, SERA pens, and nebulizer injector guns, the Hyaluron Pen is a small handheld medical device that is used to “inject” hyaluronic acid fillers into areas of the face using pressurized air. No needles are used! The Hyaluron Pen was originally created for diabetic patients.

does it hurt?

No...it mostly feels like a flick! There is lidocaine inside of the product, so the more lidocaine is injected, the more number you become.

How long does Lip Filler last?

All lip fillers are different and depend on each individual. If you've had lip filler done before, the product continues to build, making each injection last longer. Depending on your lifestyle and metabolism, it can break down anytime from 3-8 months. Sessions can be made 3 weeks apart, until you've reached your desired results.

Am I a good candidate for lash extension?

People with medium length natural, healthy lashes are always good candidates. If your lashes are too short and thin, they will most likely break off and droop when you get lash extensions.

How long do lashes last?

Depending if you are a daily make-up wearer, swimmer, or you work out a lot, the longevity of your lashes really depends on you. Typically,  people return every 2 or 3 weeks for fills.

Should I get Volume or Classic?

Volume Lashing is a technique where 3-8 super fine extensions are applied to a single lash to achieve a fuller, more glamorous look. If you prefer a more natural, every day look, classic is for you!
